彌陀漁港 漁港名稱 彌陀漁港 彌陀漁港位於高雄縣彌陀鄉南寮村，屬於彌陀區漁會管轄。本港北距興達漁港約12公里，南距蚵子寮漁港約4.5公里。本區漁會轄內共有5個漁村，因缺乏港灣屏障，船隻均碇泊於外海淺灘，平時卸載魚獲及補給作業均依賴船筏，每遇颱風或氣流變化，漁民冒險衝出海灘，搶救漁船或搶灘登陸，常導致船筏翻覆等海難事件。民國70年起本港進行調查、規劃工作，72年完成規劃並動工興建，完成後計有泊地4.52公頃，碼頭長度946公尺。Mi-tuo fishing port is in the Nan-liau village, Mi-tuo Township, Kaushong County. It belongs to the Fisherman’s association of Mi-tuo. The port is about 12 km from the Shing-da fishing port to in the north, 4.5km from the Eh-tsu-liau fishing port in the south. There are 5 fishing villages in total that belong to this Fisherman’s Association. Due to the lack of dock and harbor, all boats are parked on the shoal in open seas. The unload of the fishery harvest and the load of supply all relay on bamboo rafts. Each time with Typhoon or airstream, the fishermen always risk their life on saving the fishing boats. The bamboo rafts often overturned during the process of saving boats. The new project for re-establishing the port starts in 1981. The re-establishment took initials in 1983. There are 4.52 hectares of parking area and a dock long 946m. 　　彌陀地區陸上因受地理條件限制，農業不振，但從事近沿海及養殖漁業者甚眾，且外海有天然魚礁及政府投放之人工魚礁，為良好之漁區，發展 潛力甚佳。 Limited by the geographic condition, it is not easy to develop the agriculture in Mi-tuo. However, the fish-farming and the in-shore and coastal fisheries are flourishing. There are even the natural reef and the artificial reef relieved by the government that have made the whole sea area a good site for fish to breed and an area full of potentiality.
